2025/2026 Class Schedules
St. Matthew’s classes are held Wednesdays 2-2:45 p.m. The teacher will collect students from their classrooms. Parents pick up their children from the gym. Those students in aftercare are taken there by the teacher.
Grace Day School classes are held Thursdays 10-10:45 a.m. The Grace Day School teacher escorts students to and from the dance class.
Classes begin September 10th and 11th, 2025, respectively.
Classes begin Wednesday, September 10, 2025, and end Thursday, May 7, 2026.
We do NOT close for federal holidays except as indicated below.
There are NO CLASSES:
Thanksgiving week: November 24-28, 2025.
Christmas break: December 22, 2025 – January 3, 2026. (Classes resume Monday, January 5, 2026.)
Spring break: March 9-20, 2026. (NOTE: This is TWO weeks long.) Classes resume Monday, March 23, 2026.

Samson Cooking & Art Classes for 4-12 year olds Every class includes a “from scratch” recipe. We’ll learn the tools and rules of the kitchen. We’ll also learn things like units of measurement, the difference in measuring liquids and solids, and how to double or cut a recipe in half. (Did someone say multiplication and fractions?) Every class also includes a thematically-relevant craft as well as skip counting games and games for developing fine and gross motor skills. Shush! Don’t tell the kids how much they’re going to learn – they think it’s just for fun! Some classes also include a thematically-relevant craft, others make more than one dish. Students enroll in individual classes. |

Camp Cupcake June 9-13, 10 a.m. -noon July 7-11, 10 a.m. – noon July 21-25, 10 a.m. – noon This camp is an introduction to basic techniques and tools of the kitchen. In addition to making yummy treats, every day includes games, movement, and an art project. Campers go home with a Camp Cupcake apron, a recipe box, and recipe cards. The camp is limited to four (4) cooks. This year we are focusing on no-bake goodies. Refrigerator pies, smoothies, popsicles, and – shush! – fruits ‘n veggies. The kitchen is a cool place to be this summer! $270 (9:30 a.m. drop-off available at no extra charge) |

Samson Cooking School for Kids 
June 16-201, 10 a.m. to noon July 14-18, 10 a.m. to noon This program introduces kids to basic cooking techniques, tools, and recipes. This summer we are focusing on no-cook dishes. Salads, smoothies, and refrigerator pies. We’ll make our own salad dressing from scratch. Every student goes home with a Samson Cooking School apron and recipes. Class is limited to four (4) students. $275 (9:30 a.m. drop-off available at no extra charge) |
