2026/2027 Class Schedules
St. Matthew’s classes are held Wednesdays 2-2:45 p.m. The teacher will collect students from their classrooms. Parents pick up their children from the classroom. Those students in aftercare are taken there by the teacher.
Grace Day School classes are held Thursdays 10-10:45 a.m. The Grace Day School teacher escorts students to and from the dance class.
Classes begin September 9th and 10th, 2026, respectively.
Classes begin Wednesday, September 9, 2026, and end Thursday, May 9, 2027.
We do NOT close for federal holidays except as indicated below.
There are NO CLASSES:
Thanksgiving week: November 23-27, 2026.
Christmas break: December 23, 2026- January 3, 2026. (Classes resume Monday, January 4, 2027.)
Spring break: March 8-19, 2027. (NOTE: This is TWO weeks long.) Classes resume Monday, March 22, 2027.

June 8-12, 10 a.m. -noon June 27, 10 a.m. – noon This camp is an introduction to basic techniques and tools of the kitchen. In addition to making yummy treats, every day includes games, movement, and an art project. Campers go home with a Camp Cupcake apron and recipes. The camp is limited to four (4) cooks. This year we are focusing on unicorns and fairy princesses. We’ll make edible fairy houses, rainbow spiral cookies, and decorative flowers in both frosting and fondant, as well as rainbow unicorn cupcakes. Our art projects will have a similar theme. $270 for the week-long program; $65 for the June 27th program. (9:30 a.m. drop-off available at no extra charge) |

Samson Cooking School for Kids
July 13-17, 10 a.m. to noon July 18, 10 a.m. to noon This program introduces kids to basic cooking techniques, tools, and recipes. This summer we are focusing on French cooking, making everything from scratch. We’ll make eclairs with pastry cream, creme brulee, chocolate mousse, ratatouille, and potatoes au gratin. We’ll also be learning about famous French artists (or those who lived in Paris) and a few words in French! Bom appetit! Every student goes home with a Samson Cooking School apron and recipes. Class is limited to four (4) students. $270 for the week-long program; $65 for the July 18th program. (9:30 a.m. drop-off available at no extra charge) |
