June saw the first Camp Cupcake of summer 2024. This camp taught basic tools and techniques of the kitchen: mixers versus whisks, egg yolks separated from egg whites, and healthy sweets versus treats. Every day also included themed art projects and games enhancing both eye-hand coordination and the cross-lateral movement so crucial to the development of the brain, especially involving math skills. But shush! don’t tell the kids as they think it’s just a lot of fun!
