Honey! We’re in the kitchen! April classes focused on honey orange blossom cupcakes and bee art projects. Our craft project was a bee-themed fabric sachet – lavender and cinnamon! – festooned with a bee-shaped button.  Students learned a basic running stitch as well as how to sew on a button.

The cupcakes were both yummy and adorable in their bee-themed cupcake holder. Each cupcake had a sugar bee decorating its frosting!

Next month we make carrot cake and salute Peter Rabbit!
