March 2026
March dance class info.
If February was our month to work on rhythm, March is the month of leprechauns and fairies! The St. Matthew’s class kicked off the month by making a fairy house, which we placed in the garden outside the dance room door. Shhh! Fairies are very shy! But we left beads and flowers for them to hide under. We’ll have more fairy activities later in the month.
March & summer cooking class info
Our Samson Cooking School for Kids class this month will make Irish apple cake with vanilla sauce as well as a Celtic knot art project. Faith and begorrah! You’ll want to be there. We only have room for 4 bakers so sign up today! Class is held Saturday, March 21, 3-5 p.m.
Fairies are also the theme for our June summer baking camps. We are offering both a one week camp and a one day camp. Our week long camp is June 8-12, from 10 a.m. to noon. Our Saturday camp is June 27, also 10 a.m. to noon. We’ll be making edible fairy houses, unicorn cupcakes, and mini cheesecakes with fairy floss (as cotton candy is known in Britain).
Our July camps are focused on French cooking. Ooh lala! Paris! camp includes eclairs, potatoes au gratin, and mousse au chocolat. We’ll also be learning about famous French artists as well as a few words in French. The week-long camp is July 13-17 and the Saturday camp is July 18th. Both sessions are 10 a.m. to noon.
Camps are open to bakers ages 4-12. Registration is HERE.
